- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed after 6 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with tracking details so you can follow your order in real time.

- Metro cities: 5-7 business days
- Other locations: 7-10 business days
- Remote or rural areas: May take up to 10 days depending on courier coverage

Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- A standard delivery charge of ₹79 may apply to orders below ₹999.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include a small convenience fee (shown at checkout).
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available across most pin codes in India.
- Please ensure accurate address and contact details to avoid delivery delays.
- Refusal to accept COD parcels repeatedly may lead to account restrictions.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can track your order status anytime until it reaches your doorstep.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping, but we’re working to make Tierwear available worldwide soon.
