At Tierwear, your satisfaction comes first. If your order doesn’t fit right or meet expectations, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.
All items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

We offer easy exchanges for size or color (subject to stock availability) and quick refunds once your returned item passes quality checks.
Please note, sale items, innerwear, and customized pieces aren’t eligible for return.

If you receive a wrong or defective product, contact us within 48 hours at Tierwear2025@gmail.com, and we’ll resolve it immediately.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

You can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • All tags, labels, and accessories that came with the product should be intact.
  • The item should be in the same condition as received, free from stains, fragrance, or signs of wear.

Please note that returns and exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Products bought during sales, offers, or clearance events.
  • Innerwear or customized apparel, due to hygiene and personalization reasons.

Exchange Policy

We understand that finding the right fit is key.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, simply raise an exchange request within the 7-day window.

  • Exchanges are processed only once per order, subject to product availability.
  • Once your item is received and passes our quality inspection, we’ll ship your replacement within 5–7 business days.
  • In case your preferred size or color is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit instead.

Return & Refund Policy

If you’d rather return an item for a refund:

  1. Email us at tierwear2025@gmail.com or submit a request via My Orders → Return Request on our website.
  2. Our team will review your request and arrange for a pickup at your address (if eligible).
  3. After the product passes quality checks, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping or Cash-on-Delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • Refund timelines may vary slightly depending on your payment provider.

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Product

At Tierwear, every order goes through strict quality control. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email us at tierwear2025@gmail.com with:

  • Your order ID
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear images of the product received

Once verified, we’ll arrange for a free replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.


Important Notes

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only for orders placed through tierwear.com.
  • Products sent back without prior approval or beyond the return window will not be accepted.
  • In rare cases, if a returned item fails quality inspection, it will be shipped back to the customer.
