How do I place an order?
Browse your favorite styles, choose your size, and click “Add to Cart.”
Once ready, go to Checkout, fill in your details, and complete payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on most orders across India.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, modifications or cancellations are not possible.

Shipping & Delivery
When will my order arrive?
Orders are usually delivered within:
- 5-7 business days in metro cities
- 7-10 business days for other locations
You’ll receive tracking details once your order is shipped.
Do you charge for delivery?
We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
A small fee may apply to orders below this amount or for COD orders.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to follow your package in real time.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, you can return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order — as long as the item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
How do I request a return or exchange?
Go to My Orders → Return Request, or email us at tierwear2025@gmail.com with your order details.
Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup and process your refund or exchange within 7–10 working days.
Are sale items returnable?
Products bought during sales or discounts are not eligible for return unless defective.

The color looks different from the image — why?
We shoot all products in natural light to show true color, but minor differences may occur due to screen brightness or resolution.

No, you can checkout as a guest.
However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, and access exclusive offers.
